All arriving flights will be tracked, please have your flight information ready when calling.
Reservations are NOT confirmed unless your credit card is on file and you receive a confirmation email/text from our system.
Credit cards are charged up-to 24 hours prior to your pick up.
We do accommodate all last minute requests for transportation, but cannot always guarantee that there are vehicles available.
Call the office if your pick up is with in 24 hours to confirm availability.
Reservations MUST BE cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations must be made via the reservations email sent from our system. Reservations are NOT canceled unless you receive a confirmation email/text from our system stating that the reservation has been canceled.
If reservations are canceled within a period of 24 hours or less from the time of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service.
Arrival Flight delays are out of everyone's control. We will not be liable for delays caused by incorrect itinerary information, last minute changes, traffic, acts of God, authorities of law, inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents, breakdowns or any other condition beyond our control.
However, we accommodate delays.
In the event that arrival time is more then 30 minutes delayed, wait time starts.
We will reschedule another car to get you. We may be delayed in picking you up and reserve the right to have you share a vehicle with another group.
There is a charge for delays.

We offer Infant Car Seats and Booster Seats. All seats must be installed by guardian and verified by driver. Please request it at time of booking.
Prices do not include gratuity. 20% gratuity will be added at check out, with a $20.00 minimum.
